Well the last days of our trip were spent bumming around Bangkok.  We managed to spend a whole day walking around looking at stuff, saw a Muay Thai fight, and finished our holiday with a visit to a cinema.

Well we have left Vietnam.  We arrived in Bangkok and immediately left for Kanchanaburi.  There, we went on a tour of the towns surrounds and checked out a couple of war memorials.  All in all a good couple of days!

Cat Ba is an island in Lan Ha bay (which as it turns out is not Halong) Our trip here was interesting, our digs good, and our days here excellent!

Arrived in Hanoi last night, checked out the city on foot today.  Hanoi has been fun, but roll-on Halong

Well we have left Hoi An, and have made our way to Hue.  We checked out the citidel and the imperial palace (well whats left of it) and yesterday went for a tour of the DMZ

We have spent the last couple of days in the city of Hoi An.  A shopping mecca with lots of history.  Today we also visited the Cham ruins at My Son, mystical++

Well the last couple of days have been very relaxing and most enjoyable.  On Friday, we went on a boat cruise around the islands and yesterday just had a lazy day waiting for our train to come arrive.

Well the last couple of days have been fantastic.  Yesterday was a lazy day beach bumming it up, today a motor bike tour of Nha Trang's surrounds.  A few interesing bits along the way...

Today we went to the Mekong to have a taste of southern Vietnam.  The day included some cross river trips, canal boat trips, coconut candy, snake wine, exotic Vietnamese fruit, and a speed boat ride home.

Another great day.  Today we saw the Cu Chi tunnels, took our ease in the afternoon, and had a laid back evening taking in the sights and sounds of Saigon at night.

Well I have arrived.  The flight was like most flights, uneventful.  The first night spent getting over said flight.  The first day, a walking tour through the sites and sounds of downtown Saigon.
